END OF LIFE

COACHING

ABOUT ME

With nearly four decades in healthcare I have literally listened to more medical histories than I have had hot dinners. I have a degree in nursing and specialised in hospice work, being in charge at both the Oxford and Norwich hospices. I offer completely private, confidential assistance to assist with life changes, including life-limiting, life-threatening, disfiguring and disabling. I also coach family and friends who are caring and involved closely in the situation as it progresses.

I have worked with a wide range of clients, having qualified over ten years ago with a distinction in personal life coaching from the Coaching Academy. My particular specialty is resilience in the face of adversity.

Sometimes it's easier to be positive once we have had a safe pace in which we can be negative and get things out of our system. This is the place to do that.

About
What is Coaching?

Coaching is a highly personalised experience depending on what you hope to get out of it. Coaching is positive and forward thinking, allowing you to move towards achieving your goals. It's about moving forward and releasing whatever might be holding you back. Coaching helps you shift your outlook and gain clarity and perspicuity. A good coach will guide you to bettering yourself and gaining understanding, without ever preaching or teaching in any way. It is not negative and does not require contemplating difficulties or problems without also contemplating their resolution or solution. It can be as fast paced or gentle as you'd like it to be, as personal or business related, addressing one part or all parts of your life. In short, coaching is about helping you hit your targets, and those can be whatever you'd like!
